The purpose of the management and staff analysis is to determine whether the individual's performance is meeting your desired requirements. Once the appraisal is completed a Performance Appraisal Assessment is offered as well as an interview of the management and staff asking key questions to determine whether they understand their job function and assess what other skills they may or may not possess.
