PERFORMANCE MONITORING
Completing our range of services is Performance Appraisals. Included in this valuable service is our on-site analysis of you current management and staff. The analysis is completed over the duration and parameters chosen by the client.
The purpose of the management and staff analysis is to determine whether your staffs' performance is meeting your desired requirements. Using an independent assessor will give you a valuable insight and an unbiased opinion allowing you the owner and senior executives to promote and award pay-rises where appropriate.
Once the appraisal is undertaken, a Performance Appraisal Assessment is completed as well as an interview of the management and staff asking key questions to determine whether they understand their job function and assess what other skills they may or may not possess.
From the assessment you will be able to determine whether the person requires additional training or further assessment.
The performance appraisal is very valuable method to appraise your personnel and provides an independent method to ensure promotions and pay-rises are dealt with effectively by your management.
